Quick shipping, excellent product
The thing I bought from Gift Express got to me pretty quick, and I was really happy with how nice it was. The customer service was top-notch, and the price I paid was totally worth it. The only thing that kind of sucked was that it took about a week to get here, longer than I thought it would.
Missing item issue
I ordered eleven items from Gift Express, but only got ten. I reached out to customer service right away and sent them the paperwork they needed about the missing item. They got back to me at first and said they'd fix it, but then they never responded to my follow-up emails. Really let down by their lack of communication and customer service. I'm thinking of going somewhere else from now on because they still haven't fixed the issue.
