good little sketchbook for painting, but prepare for possible delivery drama. Worth the paper, not the process.
Wrong box, great pens — reluctantly satisfied
read the tiny print, or don't assume things come from next door. When the package showed up it wasn't the pens at all but a handheld game console. Not a little mix-up that you can ignore — a totally different product. I contacted support, got an automated reply with a porch photo, replied with my own photos showing the wrong item, and then... nothing. No real reply. After a few emails, some digging, and a stubborn push, they eventually acknowledged the mistake and said they'd send a replacement “as a gesture of goodwill.” Which felt a bit like, sure, I'm glad they fixed it, but only after I did all the work. I paid about $68 and had to fight for what I paid for, that's just the truth. Replacement arrived later and, despite my irritation, the pens themselves are excellent. Coverage is smooth, the glitter lays down evenly, colors are bright without being gaudy, and they don't clog right away. So yes, product five stars, support maybe two stars. Will I reorder? Probably — the pens are that good — but I'll be wary and keep screenshots and tracking, and be ready to follow up if anything goes wrong. If you want great glitter pens and don't mind potential hassle with customer service, go for it. If you want hassle-free shopping, this isn't the safest bet.
