Bulk med letdown — buyer beware March 25, 2026

the big pack was useless and I felt stuck. I ordered a large supply because my provider said to, needed it fast, and right away it seemed fine — unpacked it, started dosing, and nothing. Even cranking the dose up (way past what used to work) didn’t help. Later I found out the meds came from a different compounder than before, which nobody told me when I paid. That was the only real change — same instructions, different product, zero effect. I asked for a refund or even a replacement and got a flat “all sales final” response; they pushed me toward the dispensing pharmacy instead. Problem is, I didn’t pick that pharmacy — the company handled everything, charged me in full, and told me to buy urgently. I even offered to send the unused bottles back; they declined. Felt like being passed around and protected the whole time. I was frustrated and honestly a little angry — especially since this was about health, not a small purchase. It left me wary of buying large quantities from them again.
