I had such a good experience with my first order that I assumed the second order would follow suit. I placed the order, paid using PayPal, and waited. After two weeks I emailed to find where my order is and was told it was being shipped the next day. Another two weeks passed with our the delivery and I got tracer information which didn't help at all. A month has passed now and I'm ready to file a Consumer Fraud complaint, but I'm going to give it one more week because I have been assured that a replacement item is in shipping. Very disappointed
For a noble cause
I would like to thanks owner of this establishment first for such noble steps taken to provide shelter to homeless pets.Not easy at all ,not easy but you are going very good..
I am single and an Ex army officer and I have seen many pets not only dogs rather cats rabbits who lost their rich shelter .
I had nothing to buy as non of these selling products are of my use but being a army person I know the pain to maintain these pets and their expenses .A small contribution can change life if these unowned pets.Therefore I donated 3000 dollars .This is my humble request to help them to rescue more homeless pets by your honest contribution.
