About Inkopious
Inkopious is a family-owned apparel company, based in Sonoma County, CA. Inkopious which started with a simple design of the founders' (couple) English bulldog, has evolved into an extensive pet customized apparel and accessories brand. Their designs are created in house by their artist, Michele Toomey, and Celeste Duffy. A large selection of their garments is from eco tri-blend materials. The idea of coming up with the customized apparel and other accessories was born out of a passion for both fashion and love for animals (pets).
Products and Services offered by Inkopious
Inkopious offers varieties of pet-customized apparel and other accessories. They claim to source a large portion of their shirts collections from eco tri-blend materials. They also claim to make use of different kinds of printing methods including, screen printing, direct-to-garment printing, giclee printing, eco-solvent printing, and more. They offer free shipping on orders above $75 in the United States. Shipping of items is done as soon as possible and delivery usually takes between 1-3 business days. Shipment is done according to the information supplied by the customer. Inkopious is not responsible for shipment delays due to the shipping company’s error or weather. In case a customer wishes to exchange or return any item, the items should be unused/ new and to be done within 30 days. The cost of shipping all returns is the responsibility of the customer. Once your return is approved, the company will initiate a refund. However, some purchases are final like Mystery Grab Bags. Custom Pet Portraits are not eligible for refunds once a drawing has been started. Inkopious brand has a wholesale program, whereby the minimum initial order is $350, and reorder must be a minimum of $200. Shipping charges for wholesale are not included and are billed separately. Wholesale shipments are done in bulk. If a customer is interested in setting up a wholesale account, they have to register with the company’s site and fill up a form.
