Cute print, wrong fabric
it wasn’t velvet or corduroy at all. It still fit okay, just not what I paid for. I noticed the description was changed later, which is good, but frustrating for me.
Great look, disappointing quality
The dress looked great at first, which makes this even more frustrating. After wearing a £70 dress only twice, the color bled onto my cream handbag and basically ruined it. Customer service offered a refund for the dress, but acted like it was some big favor and wouldn’t help with the bag at all. I’ve had better support from other brands, honestly. Their sustainability messaging feels pretty hollow when the damaged item just ends up in the trash. Nice style, poor quality.
