Men's shirt
I have never gotten more compliments on a shirt in my life. After my first weekend wearing it, I went back and bought 5 more. Thank you KF for changing my life.
I read a review saying it shrunk but I haven't found any issues with shrinking - just don't throw it in the dryer. This is a very high quality shirt of a super soft materialshirts. XL.
I purchased two shirts and loved the design and feel of the fabric. Products were delivered on time and the experience was good. Until I washed the shirts, that is.
I washed them in cold water and hung to dry. No machine dryer use. The shirts shrunk to almost a size down. I am unable to even button the shirts. Sad.The Napple Shirt
My 5th Kenny Flowers purchase did not disappoint. After filling up my own closet with them, I got The Napple for my dad as a Father’s Day gift and he loved it. Just bought another KF shirt for my father-in-law!

Maldives Mini Resort Dress
I have ordered a few items from KF over the past few years. The buttery soft fabrics ... fun prints are what drew me in, the cute styles looked perfect for sundress season! Unfortunately, their customer service is leaving much to be desired. I purchased another resort dress in June with a cute new Maldives print. I wore it one time and got multiple compliments on it! I was so excited for a great purchase. I washed it once - on delicate - and hung it to dry. Granted, the care tag does say to only hand wash and air dry, so maybe my bad? I would like to point out that I have another dress - same material ... style - and have cared for it in the same fashion with zero issues.
The second wear - multiple compliments again! And then I felt a weird breeze - the seam on the back ripped a big hole in it. Hours later, one of the straps popped off the back out of nowhere! The hole was in the back so I didn't worry about it (I was at a concert), and luckily I was able to tuck in the back strap and make it into a halter for the rest of the night.
I reached out to KF and asked for either a full refund OR a replacement dress. I was really all about a new dress as I thought this quality control issue was a one-off for the brand. Their reply was asking me how I washed the item. When I told them I washed it on delicate and air dried, they came back telling me they would not replace the dress because it was my fault due to my disregard for their care instructions. She even stated she DRY CLEANS her KF gear because "rayon is so delicate". I'm sorry, I'm not spending $150 on a sundress that needs to be dry cleaned because their craftsmanship is so fragile?!? That seems silly to me.
Her condolences on my issue were given and she offered me a 30% off coupon so I could replace the dress out of my own pocket. My question is now: why would spend another $100 (after the coupon) for a dress I can't wear more than once without it falling apart?
I used to be a big KF fan. It's a total ... that their CS isn't taking ownership of quality control and instead placing the onus on the customers' "mis-care" of their "delicate" items. I'll have to fine a new island-style clothier.
P.S. I would like to note that I have owned several rayon clothing items in the past, have always washed them in delicate and air dried with ZERO issues. The washing machine was not the culprit - the stitching definitely was.The Palmilla swimsuit
I fell in love with this suit online but was super bummed that after receiving it realizing the top is to small and it cant be exchanged or returned. When spending nearly 100 on a bikini one would think this wouldn't be an issue.

Ordered two shirts , nothing like in ad. Want to return one. No way to return no customer service. Another Facebook rip off
@Vanatert it's super easy to return right on their website! Their customer service is also awesome if you email them.
Long sarong
Cheap fabric, extremely overpriced. I posted a review on their website and they removed it. They only post the 5 star reviews on their website. Buyer beware.
Definitely disagree with this one - everything I've bought the fabric is what blows me a way - it is super high quality, clearly expensive, made in Bali and not mass produced.

Three shirts
This company just stuck me with two shirts that don't fit me and they refused to let me exchange or return them. Poor service!
This definitely didn't happen! KF does free returns and exchanges.
