Awesome book discounts
At first, I didn't totally believe it, but now I've placed like 4 or maybe even 5 orders from this place. They mention that the books might have a few scrapes or dings, but every book I've received looks like it just came straight from the store. The only thing I've noticed is a tiny red or black dot on the spine, hardly noticeable! The prices are so good that I can grab a bunch of books for my kid's teacher and still have some cash left over for something else. This website is really growing on me! (Although the shipping does tend to be a bit slow, that's not a huge deal.)
Children's books
I just bought some children's books from this store and I gotta say, the service was awesome. I placed my order only a week before Christmas and I was thrilled when it was shipped out the very next day. The books got to me on Christmas Eve, just in the nick of time for the holidays. I was blown away by how quick and smooth the delivery was. And the books themselves were great quality too. I'll definitely be coming back for more and I totally recommend this store to anyone looking for kids' books.
Children's books
I just bought a bunch of kids' books from this store and I gotta say, I was pleasantly surprised by how good they were. They were supposed to have some small issues, but I couldn't find anything wrong with the 7 books I got. The prices were really fair, and I'm super happy with what I bought. I'll definitely be coming back for more in the future.
10 miscellaneous books for a 5 year old
I am simply delighted with my very first order at Kids Books.com. The books were all great in every respect........in mint condition , hard covers , hard glossy pages, and at a FRACTION of the cost I would have paid at a regular store. Got TEN such books for $40.... A steal.
Pippi Longstocking books
I am so angry right now that i can't even speak. I just "finished" reading Pippi Longstocking to my class, and realized that the books that this ... place sent me only have 10 chapters, and the book is 11 chapters long! It didn't even occur to me to have to check the number of chapters, I assumed it would be right! And, of course, you can only email your complaints. This place is awful!
22 Books Not Received
I ordered 22 kids' books on February 5th to read with my grandkids on Messenger every week as I have not seen them in about a year. I created a ticket with Kidsbooks.com to look into the order as USPS is showing it as delivered on the 16th to a dropbox. There is no drop box at their address. Just a few minutes ago I created another ticket but it is not showing, so I created another ticket and still it is showing closed. If I cannot resolve on Monday, I will contact my bank and request a refund based on not receiving merchandise. I think what is frustrating to me is the site says they will follow up in 1-2 days on any issues, I have not heard from them once.
2 children’s books
Both books were in great shape and looked new. Great price. I was a little skeptical when reading some of the other reviews but I took a chance. Will take a chance and order again.

Five books
This was my first Kidsbooks.com experience. I placed my order on 12/12/20 and it wasn't shipped until four days later on 12/16/20 so the books didn't arrive in time for Christmas. Placing the order was easy but incredibly frustrated that it wasn't shipped faster. I won't be ordering again in the future due to how long it takes to receive orders.
I do not have the order number
I bought a new book from Kids Books at the supermarket for my granddaughter. She liked the book therefore I went to their website and placed an order without reading the reviews. I have not heard from this company so yesterday I decided to give them a call during
business hours but nobody answer the phone. Then I tried their website but could not cancel the order because I do not have an order number. This morning I received an e-mail from them advising me not to contact them because it would delay a response. I cannot understand why they do not answer the phone during business hours and any type of contact will delay the processing of the order. Their website does not show that they are out of stock of any items!...12 board books
Ordered 12 books from the site and have not heard anything about it being processed, nothing. I am getting antsy so that I can start showing my child some new stuff to learn. The site warns that due to Covid the shipments are delayed. Well due to Covid, we are antsy because we are home all day. I would think shipments would be made better due to covid because people are told to stay indoors and not go out shopping, etc.
As of right now, I am unhappy and am considering cancelling my order.How long have you been waiting for your books or did you ever get them
6th grade brain quest workbook
Every single page was filled in. They said it was "excess inventory or store returns from publishers". This was obviously neither. I would not have bought it if it was properly advertised.

These books stopped working a short time after receiving them. I spend a lot of money on battery replacements and then they did not work. I reached out to KidsBook.com and then told me I had to reach out to the manufacturer- kidbookspublishing.com. This appears to be a dud webpage that is unsecure. Customer service in regards to this issue is awful.
