We first tried the CBD oil after our Lab, Honey, had a rough time with the arthritis medication from the vet. Honestly, I wasn’t sure what to expect, but within a little while she seemed much more comfortable and stopped favoring her leg. We kept using it for about a year and a half. Sadly, Honey passed away in January 2020, just as another order arrived at our house. I contacted customer service to explain, mainly because I didn’t know what to do with it. Their reply really caught me off guard—they refunded the order right away and sent such a thoughtful condolence message. That kind of care is rare.
