I don’t think I can remember ever ordering from a company that takes care of their customers as well as Kinn does. I ordered my fiancé’s engagement ring and her soon to be wedding ring and both times we picked the wrong sizes. The customer service team promptly responded to our requests for help and replaced both rings, even exchanging one of them for a different ring. Super hassle free, super super helpful, and some of the kindest people I have ever worked with. Julia at Kinn deserves 10 raises and I hope her bosses see this, or if she owns the company I hope everyone in the world sees this and buys their jewelry from Kinn! Fantastic company!!!
