Earlier little bit confused by name Kitchen source
In fact household items are being sold here.
Garbage disposal and waste disposer of Whitehouse taken from here three weeks back.
I found it comparatively better then item used earlier ,this is why I was waiting to check how it works. No issue,brass material is witnessing it's strength and very easy operation.
Rate is fine , if branded items is in search..This place could be right place.Lazy Susan purchase
So, I ordered this Lazy Susan for my kitchen thinking it would be a cool addition. But, turns out it got messed up during delivery because they decided to send it from across the country instead of a closer warehouse. When it finally arrived, it was all broken and messed up - bummer! I called customer service to try and get a replacement, but they were not very helpful. I mean, why couldn't they just send me a new one that isn't damaged? I had to warn all my friends not to bother ordering from that place, it's just not worth the trouble!
Hinges purchase
I bought some hinges from Kitchen Source recently, but things didn't go so well. The hinges I got were totally different from what I asked for, and that was a real letdown. When I talked to customer service about the mix-up, they said they needed to check with the manufacturer to see if I could return the products. It's been a while now, and I still haven't heard back. I just wanted to give a heads up to anyone thinking about ordering from Kitchen Source - be careful!
Kitchen accessories
I recently bought a bunch of kitchen stuff from this store, hoping for good quality and quick service. But man, was I let down. I had a tough time finding the exact part I needed, but decided to take a chance on this place. It's been a while since I placed my order, and still no sign of it. I tried reaching out to customer service by leaving a voicemail and sending an email, but nada. No response at all. This lack of communication and follow-up is just not cool. I'm thinking about disputing the charges if my order doesn't show up soon. Overall, I'm pretty disappointed with this store's service.
Wrong color product received
I ordered something from Kitchen Source and they totally messed up by sending me the wrong color. They promise an easy return policy on their website, but it's been a headache for me. I can't figure out how to return this item, all they talk about is some Return Authorization thing. There's no clear info on how to actually do it. I've been trying to reach customer service by phone, but no one ever picks up.
Dining table
I had a really bad experience with this company! I ordered a dining table, and they told me it was cancelled. Later I found out that it actually wasn't, and they didn't even bother to let me know. The customer service team straight up lied to me and didn't bother to fix the mix-up. Just a heads up for anyone thinking of buying from them!
Large vanity purchase
My recent experience with Kitchen Source was not good at all. I bought a big vanity from them that they said was in stock and would be sent right away. But once I made the order, everything went wrong with the shipping. The tracking number they gave me didn't even work, and when I called both Kitchen Source and UPS Freight, they each told me something different. The vanity ended up getting lost while it was being shipped, so I had to order another one from Kitchen Source. The replacement took way too long to get to me, which messed up my renovation plans and made me spend more money on contractor fees. Overall, their customer service was not helpful at all and this whole situation just made me frustrated and disappointed.
Sparkly spatula set
I got this super cool sparkly spatula set from this store, but when I got it, it was so small for my mom's big cakes that I had to return it. The whole return process was such a hassle! They even hit me with a restocking fee. And don't even get me started on the fact that there was no free shipping and they didn't even refund the shipping costs. The product description was terrible, which is why I had to return it in the first place. Next time, I'll just shop somewhere else for kitchen stuff.
