Quick and easy purchase
Customer service was actually pretty helpful, but let me tell you, those psychics really need to up their game. It's annoying when they ignore emails and messages, especially when there's a way to reach out. And some of them are charging crazy high rates per minute without delivering the service they're supposed to. Keen seriously needs to set some rules or limit how much they can charge.

False Advertising Promotion
I tried to use the 20% off deal for orders over $150 that I saw in an ad. But when I went to use it, I found out that it didn't work on any sale or clearance items, which were most of the store's stuff. I talked to a manager about it, but I didn't get any help or fix. This false advertising not only wasted my time but also made me feel tricked and annoyed. Promotions should be clear so customers aren't misled and don't waste their time.

Large vanity purchase
My recent experience with Kitchen Source was not good at all. I bought a big vanity from them that they said was in stock and would be sent right away. But once I made the order, everything went wrong with the shipping. The tracking number they gave me didn't even work, and when I called both Kitchen Source and UPS Freight, they each told me something different. The vanity ended up getting lost while it was being shipped, so I had to order another one from Kitchen Source. The replacement took way too long to get to me, which messed up my renovation plans and made me spend more money on contractor fees. Overall, their customer service was not helpful at all and this whole situation just made me frustrated and disappointed.

I bought some Mother's Day Pens for a preschool event with a tight deadline. Even though I stressed how important it was to get them on time, the company kept telling me the items were back-ordered. When I checked the delivery status, it said the pens wouldn't get here until two days after our event, which really threw me off and caused a lot of stress.
