document everything, be persistent, and don’t let them drop the case. I want my online access back, fair treatment equal to others, and an acknowledgment that their handling of this could be better. I’m relieved some steps were taken, but still waiting for a proper resolution.
Kitchen-table red flag
Saw them at my sister's kitchen table. Conversation felt like a used-car pitch. Glad I walked away.
Morning unboxing surprise
I opened the box over coffee this morning and the product actually slips pretty much into my routine — I use it daily for errands and it does the job. Delivery was on time, that was smooth. Customer service was a pain; they had me wait and ping another company, took hours, but it did get sorted, so I'm relieved it worked out.
Slow start, decent finish
not smooth, but not hopeless. I’ll probably give them another shot, but management should fix the first-contact vibe.
Almost gave up, then relief
a real person called me back, patiently explained what page of the ID they needed (yes, a picky detail), stayed on the line while I fixed it, and then — unexpectedly — waived a processing fee and emailed clear confirmation. The human touch flipped my mood. I still think their website needs work, and I’m a little annoyed about lost time, but because of that one helpful call I recommended them to my sister.
Name mix-up turned into a small saga
on the third real person I spoke with (shoutout to Monty), the problem actually got fixed. He was calm, polite, and handled everything in one go. So yeah — it’s a mixed bag. If you value predictable, tidy customer support, this might stress you out. If you don’t mind repeating yourself and calling back, there’s a decent chance a helpful human will show up and sort it out. I’d use them again, but I’d brace myself for the runaround first.
