Was mid-load when I popped a pod in—was actually excited, looked neat and smelled fresh. The wash felt smooth but when I pulled clothes out, they had weird bleached spots. I was using warm water, like I always do, so that surprise stung. Contacted support and only got a short "we'll forward this" reply. Kind of a bummer, since the pods otherwise dissolved cleanly. Still, the scent was nice.
Laundry got unexpectedly fancy
half our towels, my mother in law’s closet, everything. Favorite thing: the Italian bergamot actually gets people to ask what I’m wearing — random compliments in the grocery store, which is weird but cool. The pods + extra scent beads let you dial it up or down; I wish I'd bought a few more beads right away. Compared to cheap supermarket stuff we've used before, this is nicer and less fake-smelling. Little emotional note: it made a boring chore oddly satisfying. Small quibble: price is a touch high, but worth it.
Keeps my shirts clean and smelling sharp
I’ll keep buying these — they actually clean my stuff, no fuss. I picked them up after a move and a run of cheap pods that left residue and didn’t get food stains out, so I needed something dependable. These clean as well as the big-name pods I’ve used (Tide), and I’ve yet to wrestle with a stuck tomato-sauce or coffee spot — everything comes out ready to wear. The Australian Sandalwood scent is my favorite: subtle, warm, and not overwhelming — kind of classy in a casual way, so sometimes I skip cologne. They dissolve fine on normal and cold cycles; only once or twice on a very quick wash did I notice a film. Packaging is sturdy and the pods last long enough for me. Good value. Overall, practical, pleasant, and worth it for day-to-day use.
Quick delivery, useful refresher
Wasn't expecting much from a mid‑night scroll, but the order actually arrived faster than I thought. Packaging was simple, intact, and the tracking updates were accurate — appreciated that. I bought the French saffron pods and the fabric refresher spray (and some dryer sheets). The refresher is my favorite; it takes dog funk off the couch without being cloying. My husband isn't into heavy scents so I skipped a subscription for now, still testing how it plays with regular laundry. Customer service answered a small question quickly and didn't overcomplicate things, which is rare. Delivery was on time and shipping wasn't expensive. If you like scented laundry, grab a single order first. Worth trying, basically.
Towel-scent letdown
not the same vibe. One pod did almost nothing, two barely moved the needle, and three just made everything smell like… concentrated detergent. No peach, no vanilla, no warm spice — just soap. I even had to rewash a batch with no soap at all to get rid of that soapy blanket. The pods dissolve fine and the booster mixes in okay, so performance-wise they’re not terrible, it’s just the scent delivery that failed for me. I use these towels daily after showers and post-gym, so lingering scent matters. Now I’m stuck using up what I bought, which is annoying. Wish they’d offer samples or be more consistent between scents. Price felt steep for this hit-or-miss experience, so I’m not rushing back.
