someone will get back to you. Nothing helpful showed up, FedEx notes said they couldn't ship, and the date for the party came and went. First impression, I never actually saw the product, so my impression is mostly frustration and disbelief. After months with no real updates I opened a chargeback. Oddly, after that I finally got a brief apology and a refund confirmation — small relief, not great overall.
A lamp almost ruined my move — then it didn't
they canceled my first order saying my color was discontinued, refunded me, then I reordered a different color only to wait six weeks with radio silence. So yeah, I was skeptical. But the turning point was their customer service person who actually picked up the phone, listened, and offered a couple of real in-stock alternatives — none of that vague "we'll check" stuff. They arranged a faster shipment and it arrived in good shape, exactly as promised. Delivery was smooth, driver left it where asked, packaging was fine. I ended up happy — not perfect, not instant, but their service redeemed the slow start. Would I use them again? Probably yes, just will call first next time. Overall a positive outcome after some stress.
