Sat all Saturday watching the driveway and thinking this would be fine — then nothing. Ordered a mattress 17 days ago with a supposed 12-day delivery window; two days ago they promised it would arrive that Saturday. It didn’t. Worst part was the mixed messages, calls that reassured me but didn’t update tracking. I’ve dealt with slower shops before so I wasn’t surprised, but this felt sloppy. They finally offered a clear pickup slot after I complained, so recovering trust a bit.
Almost walked away
stock seemed fuzzy, and reviews were... mixed. Turns out those worries weren't entirely silly. Delivery was pushed from late April to May to June, and I ended up calling every day. They rarely picked up, emails went unanswered, and their excuses felt made up. That said, once it arrived (finally, on June 28) the couch itself was nicer than I expected — color and comfort were a pleasant surprise, and the delivery guys were friendly. So I'm split: product good, process not. Buyer, be warned.
Sofa finally showed up
soft velvet that doesn’t scream "delicate," solid frame, and the color plays nicely with my gray floors. I use it for late-night shows, cramming work calls, and an afternoon nap habit that’s become a problem. The cat adopted it immediately, which, oddly, felt like a quality stamp.
The couch my cat approved
aside from the rip it handled daily life fine, but warranty expired and customer support ghosted me, so here I am with a cozy, fraying couch.
Misplaced sofa, long wait, small relief
“new system,” “we can’t find it,” “it’s in the warehouse maybe.” On March 3 they said they’d found it and would ring me with a delivery day. They didn’t call. When I finally reached LimitlessHome again they told me the couch had been damaged in the courier’s warehouse weeks earlier and wasn’t deliverable. That was frustrating, but the annoying part was how long they held my money. They offered me other sofas, but everything in stock was hundreds of pounds more than what I’d paid on sale, or else I had to wait until April for a similar item. So I asked for a refund and I did get it — after about five working days once they processed it — but my money had been tied up for over 30 days while I chased answers. I’m relieved I got the refund, and grateful it wasn’t more of a fight in the end, but the whole experience felt sloppy and avoidable. A tip for others: double-check seller stock, demand clear tracking from the courier, and be ready to call repeatedly. If you’re buying something you actually want to use right away — don’t count on speedy service here. I’m not angry forever, just disappointed and a bit wiser now.
