Horrible experience from start to finish. I would give negative stars, if possible. My husband bought my engagement set from here. 2 months after we go married, the diamond fell out of the engagement ring. We took it to our nearest store, for them to tell us that there was nothing they could do because we purchased it online and it was an “online only” set. She also proceeded to say that we should really just trade it in for a new one. However, she could only offer us $100 towards a new set. I took it to another jewelry store and they fixed it for less than $100. That same jeweler also told us that there was no possible way that this was a new ring. The wear and tear this ring had, could have never happened in one year. He said that this much wear and tear takes 10-20 years to achieve. So not only did we receive a used set, the associates in store belittled our purchase and desire to just get it fixed (instead of purchasing a new set). I will NEVER shop here again. I work in retail so I know how important customer service is. This companies customer service is absolute trash, and so is their products.
