flooring that started to buckle and blister within a year
I was really let down by the flooring I bought at the store. I spent a lot of money on it, but it started to buckle and blister in places that weren't even wet, like under a carpet and bed. When I talked to the store about it, they wouldn't admit it was a problem with the product and wanted me to pay to get it fixed. It was so frustrating and unfair! I'm going to keep pushing for them to replace the faulty flooring.
Waterproof vinyl plank flooring
After a rough start we now have a floor that we love. The new crew of installers came on a Sunday and were very polite, professional and efficient. We would only recommend Watson Installation if Bryan's crew does the nstallation. Again they did a great job.
The staff at the retail store are very friendly and helpful. A big thank you to Curtis Shank the store manager who went above and beyond resolving our issues and concerns and we now have a floor we love. He is the best!!!
If you need flooring give them a shot, but again request Bryan's crew with Watson - your experience will be much better.
