    Metal Hammer magazine order

    I just ordered Metal Hammer magazine from this website for the first time. It took so long to get here in Germany, like a whole 4 weeks! But thankfully, it arrived all in one piece with just some plastic wrap. It would have been nice to get an email about the shipping, though. Oh well, I can't really complain. I'll most likely order from them again.

    Single magazine order

    I bought a magazine for £7.99 on 12/12. I got an email confirming my order that morning, but it's now 20/12 and I still haven't gotten the magazine or any updates on when it'll arrive. When I looked on the website, I saw that the issue I ordered is now "sold out." I'm starting to worry if I'll ever get my order, especially since I used Paypal to pay. I really need some answers from the company about what's going on with my order.

    I just ordered this metal hammer bundle and man, let me tell you, it was a total mess! I waited forever for my order to show up, but heard nothing until I had to bug them about it. Turned out they canceled my order and didn't even bother to tell me because of some issue on their end. And when they finally sent it, they got the order all wrong! It's been such a pain trying to sort it out, but I'm crossing my fingers that their customer service gets it fixed up soon.

    6 month subscription

    I recently got a 6 month subscription online in December for a good price. But things went downhill quick when I kept getting letters saying my payment wasn't going through, even though I clearly saw the charge on my credit card. Then, they went ahead and charged my card three times without my okay before I even got my first issue in February. They did refund the first charge quickly, but now I'm stuck trying to get the second one back. Dealing with this is really frustrating and disappointing. It's a shame to see a company act this way when they should care more about keeping customers happy. I'd tell others to stay away from them, since their subscription system obviously has some major problems that they need to fix.

    Subscription renewal.

    I just tried to renew a subscription for my family member, but I ran into a bunch of problems. I got an email confirming the renewal was being sent to the wrong address, so I tried to fix it. But man, it was a real pain and got me super frustrated. When I finally called to cancel, they said it would take like 10 days to get my money back. Ugh, dealing with their customer service was a total letdown.

    Cancelled subscription

    This company is terrible! They canceled my subscription without even letting me know and then they went and basically stole my money! I tried to get my refund for the magazines that never showed up, but instead, they just took even more money from me. I've called and emailed them countless times, but all they do is keep feeding me lies. I'm seriously thinking about taking legal action against them!

    I'm so frustrated with the service from Magazines Direct. I signed up for a 3-month subscription, but I haven't gotten any magazines yet. Every time I reach out for help, all I get is a generic response saying my magazines might be lost in the mail and that they'll send replacements. But I haven't seen any replacements or even heard what's really going on. It's just disappointing to know that other people are having the same problems with their subscriptions.

    I'm really upset with how things are going with my magazine subscription. It's been two whole months since I signed up, and I still haven't gotten a single issue. They kept saying they'd send me replacements, but I never got anything. And when I asked for a refund, they just stopped talking to me. I'm pretty sure this whole thing is a scam.

    Decanter Magazine subscription issue

    My experience buying a subscription to Decanter Magazine was a total disaster. I ordered it in October 2023, but got charged multiple times on my credit card for the same subscription. Even after many calls to customer service and no magazines, I decided to cancel in February. I've gotten 3 refunds, but I'm still waiting on the last one, which they keep saying has been processed. It's been super frustrating and disappointing dealing with all of this.
