Half-asleep on moving day I tore the box open — needed this for a last-minute touch after a messy move and earlier bad brands. It took forever to arrive and the sealant I paid for wasn't in the box, so I used hairspray. It still felt comfy and held up, honestly glad I tried it.
Not bad at all
the fibers do what they say, they blend with my other stuff, but the Mid Brown I ordered turned out too light. I knew I was happy once the Dark Brown swap actually matched, surprisingly natural.
Almost walked away

Then nothing — tracking shows it's been sitting in Florida for a week, I've emailed them a bunch, got one reply saying it's "on its way" (weird but nice), then silence. Customer service feels nonexistent, and I probably won't order again unless they actually sort this out.
