Halfway through tracking I figured this was a waste — almost two weeks and nothing showed. I never even got to feel the thing, which is annoying because I was curious about the fabric and weight. Emails went quiet after a generic "we'll look into it," and that silence felt sketchy compared to other sellers who actually follow up. In the end I contacted my card company — glad I had that option, but still disappointed.
Three weeks in limbo
I ordered this three weeks ago for a trip and at first I was kind of excited. Then nothing — tracking shows it's been sitting in Florida for a week, I've emailed them a bunch, got one reply saying it's "on its way" (weird but nice), then silence. Customer service feels nonexistent, and I probably won't order again unless they actually sort this out.
