Fortunately Manfrotto is first shop I booked my first order and that was a Gimbal ,of course branded Honestly I didn't expect this will be best purchase till 2020 January on new year and since then I stopped buying online due to pandemic reasons

I gotta say, I was pretty unsure about buying the autopole after reading some reviews, but I was in a bind and had no other options. I crossed my fingers when I placed my order, thinking it might never even show up or get lost somewhere. But, to my surprise, it came the very next day! When I opened it up, I saw there were a few minor scratches from manufacturing. I reached out to their customer service team through email and, shockingly, got a response the same day. They sorted out the issue quickly, and I was really impressed with the service I got. Even though I was hesitant at first, I'd definitely think about ordering from them again down the line.
ND filter purchase
I just bought an ND filter from this company and, unfortunately, there was a mix-up with the shipping. I ended up getting the wrong order and my order got lost. But, I have to say the customer service team at this company really impressed me with how quickly and generously they handled the situation. They fixed the mistake right away and made sure I got the correct order in a timely manner. I think how a business handles mistakes says a lot about their customer service, and in this situation, I'm happy to say that this company's customer service was top-notch.
Tripod parts purchase
The website was really easy to use, and I had no problem at all finding the tripod parts I was looking for. Ordering was a piece of cake, and the delivery came super fast. But man, those part prices were way too high! I couldn't believe how expensive they were, and don't even get me started on the crazy shipping costs. I felt like they were really trying to squeeze every penny out of me, but I needed those parts so I had to bite the bullet and pay up. It's a bummer that a company with such a good reputation would charge such outrageous prices.
Monopod with stabilizing 'feet'
This monopod with stabilizing 'feet' is really great! It's well-designed, easy to use, and those stabilizing 'feet' make a big difference. Just a quick tip - be careful not to leave it alone with a camera attached because it can tip over easily. But the quality of the build is top-notch and it seems like it will last a long time. It's a really good deal for the price!
Pelican case alternative
I recently bought a case as an alternative to a Pelican one from this company. I'm really happy with the quality of the product. The only downside is that there's no zip pouch available as an accessory.
Camera Tripod
I just bought a camera tripod from that website and I gotta say, I was pretty impressed with how easy it was to find what I was looking for. The description of the product was spot on, it really helped me decide if it was the right one for me. But man, I did notice that there were a bunch of items in the sale section that were sold out, that was kind of a downer. It would be nice if they took those off the page when they're no longer available.
Camera bag purchase
I just bought a camera bag from your store, and I gotta say, I'm really impressed with how good it is. It fits my main camera body, a smaller one, four lenses, and even a big 100-400 telephoto lens. Plus, I can bring along all kinds of little extras like a battery grip, tripods, and chargers. I'm super happy with my purchase and it's made a huge difference in how I set up for my photography.
Camera tripod purchase
I got this camera tripod and it's pretty awesome. It arrived super quick, and the service was great. The only thing I would suggest is maybe packing the head of the tripod better to keep it safe during shipping. But yeah, it's a really solid piece of equipment and I'm loving using it for taking pictures.
Old high-end tripod part replacement
I just had to get a new part for my old fancy tripod, so I contacted customer support. They asked for a picture of my tripod and then quickly sent me a link to the right part. It only cost $18 and shipping was free. When it got here, I had no issues installing it and now my tripod works great.
