Unresponsive customer service
I'm really disappointed with the way this company is handling things. It's been almost three weeks since I ordered, and I still haven't heard anything about when it's going to be sent out. I've tried calling and emailing, but no one has gotten back to me. This lack of communication is just not cool and it's making me feel really frustrated and confused about what's going on with my order. I'd definitely suggest others to be careful before buying from this company.
Online order of wine
My experience ordering wine online was a letdown. I was told the package would come on a certain day, but it never showed. Even though I had someone ready to sign for it, the package didn't come when it was supposed to. The delay in delivery was super annoying and made me decide to ask for a refund. It just didn't make sense to me how they expected customers to sit around at home all day waiting for a package that never showed up when they said it would.
Recent team themed wine purchase
I was really excited to get some wine bottles with my team's logo on them to celebrate our recent championships. I was so hyped about it that I told all my friends to get them too. But man, what a letdown. I paid for the wine and the delivery, but it never showed up. I even rearranged my whole schedule to make sure I was home for it. When I asked for a refund, they were like, "Nah, we can't do that." They knew I never got my stuff, but still wouldn't give me my money back. I had to go through my credit card company to get it sorted out.
The real problem here was the company's customer service and their delivery people at Fed Ex. I was on the phone forever talking to different folks at Fed Ex, and each one was telling me something different. My wife even took time off work to wait for the delivery, but nothing showed up as promised. It was a total letdown and nothing got resolved.Wedding Wine
