Smartwatch purchase
I just bought a smartwatch from this store and let me tell you, their customer support was incredible. I was having some issues setting up the watch because I made a mistake, but I was amazed when I could start chatting with a rep right away, even after regular working hours. And then, when I found a broken pin on the strap, they sent me a replacement fast and even threw in a gift to say sorry for the trouble. Their service really blew me away and showed me they care about making customers happy.
Silver Circle watch
I got the Silver Circle watch for my husband as a Christmas present about four months ago, and he absolutely loves it!
