A stack of old band tees on my couch finally turned into something useful. I sent in the shirts I’d precut, included a photo of the layout I wanted and the order number, so that part was easy. I called customer service a few times with questions—three times, yes, three—and the woman I spoke with was very nice, helpful, actually. Turnaround was quicker than I thought, and the full-size quilt looks great. I use it as a couch throw and for weekend naps, and it’s also a good keepsake. Pretty happy it worked out.
Christmas scramble but it worked out
I was elbow‑deep in wrapping paper when I remembered the jerseys I’d mailed in September for a Christmas quilt. At first I liked the site and felt confident, they said ship in October — nothing. Then on 11/24 I got a tracking link that (weirdly) already showed delivered on 11/18 to a house in California, and I'm in Texas. I panicked, sent emails that went unanswered for a while. The wrong‑address delivery was the worst part, just gutting. Eventually they did respond and sorted things out—slowly—and I’m actually relieved it didn’t end in permanent loss. Could've been handled way better though.
Mixed feelings, decent result
no confirmation when they got the shirts, so I was glued to USPS tracking and had to call customer service a few times. They went searching for my order and only after I pushed did they mark it "top priority." That annoyed me, but the finished pieces feel solid and the stitching looks good. Still wary about their communication, but happy with how the shirts turned out.
The quilt saga that almost became a holiday mystery
communication sucked. Their phone never answered. Emails? Radio silence. The only lifeline was chat, and hey, two people named Zerr seemed to rotate through. Zerr was polite but clueless. He’d ping “production” and then we’d wait. Five days later: maybe an answer. Or maybe not. I shipped my shirts 10/10; UPS said delivered 10/20; company claimed they didn’t accept them until 11/5 because “two-week intake.” Automated emails kept saying they hadn’t received my shirts, which was maddening. I kept checking, kept asking. At some point Zerr said the quilt was almost finished and would ship before Christmas. And you know what? It did show up just in time. It wasn’t perfect—edges a bit off, a tiny stain I didn’t expect—but the sentiment is there. So my doubts? Mostly gone when I finally held it. Still, the whole ride was nerve-wracking. I’m glad it worked out, but please, improve the updates.
Last-minute moving panic
no confirmation email when the jerseys (yeah, weird combo) arrived, calls that looped me between people, and a bunch of different stories about when production even started. They said shirts had been there for days, then production just started, then a “utility issue” would delay the quilt. I kept thinking, okay, fine, things happen — but the timeline kept flipping from 3–5 days to a week, then back, and I got frustrated.
