Progressive lenses and frames
Ordering glasses online can be pretty stressful, especially when you're getting progressive lenses. I just couldn't keep fixing up my old glasses, and the prices at regular stores were crazy high. I was super anxious waiting for my order to arrive, but when it finally did, I was pleasantly surprised! Didn't even need to make any adjustments, and the progressive lenses are working great. The frames are stylish and durable - I was so happy with them that I even ordered a pair of sunglasses that same night. Thanks for making it all so easy, Muukal! I'm absolutely in love with my new glasses.
Glasses purchase
Muukal has a great variety of frames to choose from, so it was easy for me to find a style that I really liked. It was also super convenient for me to upload my prescription, which saved me a trip to the eye doctor. The deal of 3 pairs for $119USD was too good to pass up, so I ended up snagging a total of 6 new pairs of glasses. The delivery time of about 3 weeks was reasonable, and I was happy to get all of my glasses pretty quickly. While a couple of pairs took a bit of getting used to because of their shape, I'm overall really happy with my purchases and have been wearing them all the time.
Sunglasses purchase
This store has literally the best deals ever! Got me some super cute sunglasses, but ran into a little issue with one of 'em. I reached out to customer service, and they straight up fixed everything super fast and went above and beyond to keep me smiling. Now I'm tempted to order more, but dang there are too many cute options to decide from! The only bummer is there's still a good amount of glare even with the anti-glare coatings. Not a deal-breaker though, definitely gonna come back to shop here again 'cause the deals are out of this world!
Three pairs of eyeglasses purchased
I recently bought three pairs of glasses from this place for a good price. At first, I wasn't sure about the quality, but when the glasses arrived, I was pleasantly surprised. They came pretty quickly and looked really good. Unfortunately, one pair had a small issue with the magnification being off on one side. But, when I contacted customer service about it, they quickly fixed the problem and sent me a new pair. They really went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with my purchase. I would definitely recommend this place to others.
Reading glasses
This company is HORRIBLE! I purchased three pairs of reading glasses. All three pairs are incorrect. I made a mistake when I uploaded my prescription and I sent my distance prescription. I contacted them and let them know I needed it changed to my reading prescription, they replied with confirmation, but still made them with the wrong prescription. When I contacted them about this, they insisted they are correct and told me to have them tested at the eye Dr.’s office. I explained that was unnecessary as I think I am capable of knowing whether I can see with them or not. They were argumentative, not at all professional, and rather childish in their responses. Also, my package arrived stinking of cigarette smoke, no professional company would allow that. They refused to make it right and either refund me or send me the correct prescription. Do not waste your money.
Lightweight frames, cracked after 6 months
The glasses I got were really cute, but man, the frames were such a letdown. They were way too flimsy and cheap, and ended up cracking after just 6 months of wearing them. If you're thinking of getting a pair, I'd suggest getting an extra set to switch your lenses into, just in case.
Bifocal glasses purchase
After looking around for a good pair of bifocal glasses, I found this awesome store. I was really surprised by all the different choices they had. The glasses I ended up getting fit me just right and they looked really cool too. And to top it off, they were super affordable, which made the whole shopping trip even better. I'm so happy with my glasses and I'll definitely tell my friends about this store if they need some good quality glasses.
New glasses, spot-on prescription
Oh my gosh, you guys, I just got my new glasses and they are seriously amazing! It's like I'm seeing the world in HD now, not gonna lie. The prescription turned out perfect, even with the progressives and prisms. And the best part? The price was so good, I can actually afford to get more than one pair without going broke. I'm super pumped to plan a glasses party so we can all get new ones together. It's gonna be so much fun!
Prescription glasses purchase
I just got some new prescription glasses and I gotta say, I'm really loving them! They fit perfectly as soon as I put them on and the transitions are super smooth. The customer service was top-notch too, keeping me updated through every step. Plus, the packaging was really secure with each pair of glasses in their own little plastic case for extra protection. I'll definitely be ordering from them again down the line.
Progressive glasses, polarized sunglasses, single lens glasses
I was able to snag these glasses at a great price and decided to give progressive lenses a shot for the first time! I also picked up a pair of stylish polarized sunglasses and some regular single lens glasses with the thinnest index lens available. I was really happy with all three pairs and I'm actually in the process of ordering more. The only bummer was that it took longer than I thought for the delivery to arrive.
Prescription glasses
I would give them negative 5 stars if I could. I believe Muukal Optical has wrote a lot of the reviews on this website themselves. I don't believe they all came from verified reviewers. This company is nothing but a fly by night complete fraud. They have done nothing but run me around for 10 days now about my glasses, that I have already bought and paid for. They are shady, and know nothing about how to conduct a real business. They have stolen my hard earned money. Now I can't even go buy glasses elsewhere. This is actually my second review I'm posting about them. When I wrote a review the other day. They had the nerve to send me a text message telling me to take down my review or I wouldn't ever get my money back. I received another text message from them the following day saying they would refund all my money if I took down my review. I only agreed to take it down to her my money back, now that I see they were lying about refunding me my money. Iam reposting my review. This company has stolen
the only money I had for glasses. I took down the review as requested, it's been almost 3 days now and still no refund. The only thing they did send me was a screenshot of some phony piece of paper that said refunded customer her money. Just a complete joke. I have already filed fraud charges with my bank. My next step is going to be the better business bureau. Then the Oregon department of justice. I am so tired of all these scams out there stealing money from us consumers. I do believe this would be a good class action lawsuit. If they've done this to me. Then they have done this to hundreds of other people. So my next contact tomorrow is going to be to a class action attorney to see about filing against them. Keep on the lookout for a suit against them. So if you have been done wrong by this company you can join the suit. Help me put a stop to this company so they can't keep ripping people off. I'm also going to alert Facebook of there fraudulent activity, that is where I found this place to begin with. Hopefully Facebook will stop them from conducting business through them. They also operate through PayPal. So I'm going to file a complaint with paypal also. Stay tuned on all the other review websites for my other reviews about this company. Hey everyone, I just wanted to share my experience with buying glasses online. It was a real hassle. I wanted to see if my insurance in Canada would cover the cost, but I couldn't find any info on the website. No address, no license number - nothing. It felt shady, like they were hiding something. And when I reached out to customer service, they were no help at all. Dodging my questions and not giving me any real answers. It was frustrating, like hitting a brick wall. This whole lack of transparency really didn't sit right with me.
