Protein powder
I ordered this protein powder from this one place, you know? I was super pumped to get it in the mail and start using it. But then I saw this review online saying they couldn't even confirm what was really in the powder. Seriously though? How do you not know what you're selling people to eat? That's wild! I just want to make sure I'm fueling my body with good stuff, not some questionable mystery mix, you feel me?
Four bottles of supplements
I'm a doctor and also a long-time Nutricost customer. I ordered four supplement bottles recently and man, they really dropped the ball this time. The package arrived in bad shape, all flimsy and already opened. All that was inside was a receipt, and the top was slit open. After I reported the situation to Nutricost, I've been dealing with a bunch of delays and no answer about getting a replacement or my money back. The complete lack of communication and customer service through all this has really ticked me off. I'd suggest thinking twice about buying your supplements from them. Better to find a different source, if you ask me.
Magnesium glycinate purchase
I bought some magnesium glycinate from Nutricost back in August and tried it out. But man, it didn't sit right with me. I ended up with these terrible morning headaches and feeling nauseous all the time. Come to find out, I wasn't the only one. People on Amazon were saying the same thing. So, I decided to ditch their stuff and toss out the rest of my lysine and magnesium glycinate to play it safe with my health.
Caffeine and guarana
I just got some caffeine and guarana supplements from this company, but man, I was totally let down. I didn't feel any extra energy or alertness at all! It's kind of making me wonder if these products are even legit. Now I'm starting to doubt all the other stuff this brand sells too.
nutricost
purchased gymnema sylvestre and mangesium SEE MY Reply to Tulips for more information. i was distracted by their prices. But Pricing is NOT important when the product/s are detrimental to your health, the nutricost company does not respond to your cries for help and the labels do not comply with the advertisement on amazon.
5 HTP supplement
I have taken any number of supplements over the years. This is the only 5-HTP that actually makes me ... within one hour of taking it. I bought it for its calming effect. I took it. within 45 minutes I was puking. Doctor said stop taking it, that it could be poisoning me.

I ordered the product on July 20. On July 22 the tracking number showed that UPS supposedly delivered the product to a main post office, but at the post office it said it was pending acceptance. So in other words, UPS said they unloaded it from the truck but the post office is saying they never got it. Finally, after 2 weeks, I contacted the company to report that I never received the product. They told me I had to chase it down with the post office and then they would take care of it. I order a lot of stuff online. This is the only company that has made me do the leg work to try to find the package. Since the post office did not receive it, I went back to the company. They said they would refund the money, all but the shipping. I told them it was not my fault that UPS lost the package and that Nutricost needed to go after UPS for the cost of the shipping but that I should not have to pay for it. They stated that is their policy. So buyer beware, if your package is lost, they will not refund shipping. Not only that, they can't do the math. When I subtracted the cost of shipping off the original price (product plus tax plus shipping) I came up with a higher figure than what they refunded.
Your story sounds typical of the operations and customer service of this company. They are pretty a joke in that department. The products they sell are not good either.
Where are these products made. Are they made and processed in the USA or in a different country?
bcaa unflavored powder
they added sunflower lecithin to bcaa powder but failed to put it on the label. i emailed them and got no response making everyone think it is 100% bcaa..sunflower lecithin instantize the bcaa a guy on esupplements asked on the board if the bcaa was plant base they sad yes from plant and sunflower.
