Halfway through packing it up, I noticed the top triangle blinking yellow, which honestly made me think something was wrong. I needed this machine for my back pain, so that was annoying. But once it’s out of the carry bag and restarted, it works normally and feels good to use. Still planning to call about it.
Nick made the setup feel easy
I started using my new Inogen this week, and honestly, I was a little nervous at first. Nick talked me through everything without rushing me. The best part was how clearly he explained it—twice, probably, since I asked again. Really kind guy.
