Great virtual party experience with Party City
I recently used Party City for a virtual birthday party and overall, had a great experience. The website was easy to navigate and I was able to find all the decorations and party supplies I needed. The prices were also very reasonable.
One thing I really appreciated was the option to filter products by color, theme, and occasion. This made it very easy to find exactly what I was looking for. I also liked that they had a wide variety of virtual backgrounds and Zoom party accessories.
The shipping was fast and everything arrived in good condition. I was also impressed with the customer service. I had a question about one of the items and the representative I spoke with was very helpful and friendly.
Overall, I highly recommend Party City for all your virtual party needs. They made planning my event stress-free and enjoyable.candy, napkins, decor for daughter's wedding
I went to the store in Apple Valley, MN not too long ago and let me tell you, the customer service there was top-notch. Jim, the manager, and the staff were so friendly and eager to help. They really seemed to care about making sure my event went smoothly. The selection of products was amazing and I was able to find everything I needed without breaking the bank. If you need party supplies, I definitely recommend checking out this store!
Balloons and decorations
I had such a good time at this store on 815 Hutchinson River Plaza in the Bronx. Gloria and the Manager, Ken Roy, were so nice and really knew their stuff. They made my shopping trip fun and easy. I'll definitely be back again. If you need party supplies, this is the place to go! Big thanks to Gloria and Ken Roy for taking such good care of me.
Kentucky Derby Party supplies
I recently ordered supplies for a Kentucky Derby Party and man, oh man, it was a total nightmare. I placed my order a few days before the big event with the expectation that everything would arrive on time for the party on May 7th. But then, out of nowhere, I get an email on Wednesday saying my shipment would be there the next day. Well, that came and went, and nothing showed up on Thursday, Friday, or Saturday. I was left high and dry without the stuff I needed for the party. To make matters worse, the items were sold out in local stores, so I was really stuck between a rock and a hard place. The tracking link in the email was pretty much useless, only telling me the items were out for delivery with no real updates. I even signed up for text updates, but never got a single notification. It was beyond frustrating and super stressful, especially because the party was a big deal and I was really looking forward to hosting it.
Late birthday decorations
I bought some birthday decorations for my sister's 21st birthday, hoping they would get here in time. But, the order was put in on January 6th and her birthday is tomorrow. The company's false advertising has made her celebration kind of disappointing because the decorations never showed up. I tried calling, emailing, and even reaching out on social media, but no one has gotten back to me. It's frustrating to see that lots of other people have had the same problem with this company, but they keep on tricking customers by acting like something they're not.
Online order for party supplies
My experience at Party City was pretty disappointing because when I needed to return something, the customer service was seriously lacking. I had a hard time fixing the problem, so I've decided not to shop there again. The customer service I got just wasn't up to par, so I wouldn't suggest Party City to anyone after my experience. Plus, the prints I bought came late and I didn't even end up using them, which left me feeling pretty unsatisfied with the whole thing.
Ramona Flowers wig
I tried to buy a Ramona Flowers wig online, but I was blocked from the website for some reason. Even though it was my first time trying to shop there, I got a message saying I couldn't browse or buy anything. It was really annoying and confusing because all I wanted to do was buy a wig. I hope they fix this soon so I can shop there again.
Helium for party balloons
I ordered some helium for my party balloons and it hasn't arrived yet! I even paid extra for express delivery and it feels like forever with no sight of it. They keep telling me it's been resent and now it's supposedly with some dude named HERMES but I still haven't received it! I'm starting to think they never actually sent it in the first place! I'm really upset about it.
Halloween costume purchase
I recently bought a Halloween costume from Party City for a school dress-up party. I was really looking forward to getting my order in time for the event, but man, the delivery was a total nightmare. Party City uses UPS for deliveries, and let me tell you, their service was just awful. The tracking system on their website was all messed up, and the costume was supposed to get to me the day before the event. Well, a whole week passed and the package still hadn't arrived. Party City did refund me the delivery cost, but they couldn't refund the actual item until UPS finally decided to drop it off, whenever that would be. This kind of unreliable and unprofessional service is just not cool, especially when we're relying on getting our stuff on time. I was so disappointed and frustrated with the whole thing, and it's definitely left me with a bad taste in my mouth as a customer.
Birthday party supplies
OMG, I am never ordering anything from this place online again! I bought a ton of stuff for my kid's birthday party, spent almost $100, and then realized they charged me twice the next day! I tried calling customer service, but they were useless. They couldn't tell me why I got charged twice or if they could fix it. Now I'm stressing about how I'm going to get everything for my son's party in time. Ughhh!
Express delivery order for son's 5th birthday
Oh my goodness, you won't believe what happened with my order from Party City. I splurged on express delivery for my son's 5th birthday, which was a huge deal because we missed celebrating his birthday for the past 2 years thanks to the pandemic. I was thrilled to make this birthday super special, but the package was nowhere to be found. The tracking info wasn't working, and I couldn't get a hold of anyone for assistance. Our party was a disaster, and I was beyond let down. It's crazy to me that Party City is still up and running with this terrible service. I should've checked out the reviews before placing my order.
Balloons, decorations, and party supplies
I ordered a bunch of balloons, decorations, and party supplies from Party City for my birthday bash. I was super pumped about it because I really wanted everything to look awesome for all my friends. But man, my package didn't show up when it was supposed to. I was bummed out because the party had already come and gone and I never even got to use any of the cool stuff I had ordered! I tried reaching out to Party City about it, but they couldn't even give me a straight answer on where my package was. It was supposed to get here on January 26th, and now it's already February 8th! I had ordered way in advance because of all the Covid craziness, but it took them forever to even get back to me. And when they finally did respond, it was just some automated message. Talk about a major letdown!
Helium balloons
I'm really bummed about the helium balloons I got from this store. I forked over extra cash for the high float, thinking they'd stick around longer than just 24 hours, but they were already drooping within a day. I tried reaching out to customer service twice, and man, it was super frustrating. I was kept on hold forever, only to be told they don't take returns and that the balloons aren't even supposed to last longer than a day. Total letdown.
Party supplies
I bought some party supplies from this store recently and man, let me tell you, the service was not up to par. I placed an order for a bunch of stuff and they gave me an estimated delivery date. But wouldn't you know it, the very next day I had to cancel the order. I shot off an email right away to customer service asking to cancel, but I never heard back. To my surprise, the items still showed up at my house a few days later, even though I tried to cancel. I sent another email asking why my request was ignored, but still haven't heard anything. The lack of communication and not listening to what I wanted has left me super frustrated with this whole situation.
