One pic per page
I was only able to put one picture on each page. The instructions didn't say how to add more than one picture. It should be simpler for someone to choose if they want one, two, or three pictures on each page to make a beautiful book.
Photo book
I was kinda let down at first by the photo book I got from this company. The pictures were all fuzzy and the colors weren't right. So I got in touch with customer service to let them know I wasn't happy, and they said they'd make me a new book for free. The second book I got was way better quality, and I was totally impressed with how much better it looked. I really appreciated the awesome customer service I got the whole time and was thankful they fixed things for me. In the end, I'm happy with how it turned out and would tell other people to check out this company.
My pastbooks - A personal memoir and art collection
I really love my pastbooks! They're more than just records of important life moments, they also show how much my art has evolved over the years. It's cool to look back and see my creative journey. My only gripe is that the platform could be easier to use. Sometimes it's tough to make edits without messing up my previous work. But despite that, I appreciate all my pastbooks and the memories they bring back.
Multiple PastBook purchases
I've bought a few PastBooks and they've all been great! The quality and presentation have always been top-notch. I've told my friends and family about how awesome they are, and suggested that they get some for their own special memories. One thing that could be better though is having captions under the photos taken from Facebook. Some of my past books were missing captions and I think it would make a big difference.
My life story book
I have this really awesome book that has all the fun stuff I did last year! It's so cool to flip through and remember all the good times. Plus, I think my future kids and grandkids will really enjoy seeing what I was up to when I was younger. It's like a time capsule, but even better! šš
Memory preservation
After I kept seeing those annoying ads on my social media forever, I finally gave in and bought a memory preservation book. And let me tell you, it definitely lived up to all the hype. The book is packed with all my favorite memories, each picture super colorful and dated. I've always been stressed about losing my precious photos, but now I have a real keepsake to hang on to. I'm thrilled with my purchase, so much that I'm already thinking about getting more for my kids. Seriously, I can't recommend it enough!
Photo book purchase
I was kinda unsure about how good the photo books would be when I ordered them, but I went for it because I had some really special pictures uploaded. Figuring out how to change the cover picture was a little tough, but I eventually got it. In the end, I bought four books and was really happy with how they turned out when they showed up. I gave one to my daughter as a present and kept the rest for myself to treasure.
Photo books purchase
I just bought some photo books from this company and it was so easy. The website was super easy to use and let me make some really nice books with a bunch of photos. I liked being able to edit the photos, add comments, and change up the layouts however I wanted. The books came nicely wrapped and in perfect condition. I've gotten 9 books from them already and each one has shown up quickly and in great shape.
Photobook customization options
I'm a big fan of this photo journal service because there are so many ways to customize my photo book. I love that I can have two photos on one page, add captions below the pictures, delete any shots I don't want, and choose a cover photo from a bunch of options. It makes creating a personal photo journal super easy. Plus, being able to upload photos straight from my Facebook albums just adds to the convenience. These features have really wowed me and keep me coming back every year for my photo book fix.
Personalized Photo Book
I just bought a personalized photo book and it came with ink smudges. But when I contacted the company, they were super quick to help out and sent me a new book right away. The quality of the books is amazing, the pictures look great. Their customer service is really impressive, they kept me updated and made sure I was happy with everything.
Photo book memories
I just love my photo book memories from PastBook. It's really cool how everything is organized by month and year, it's like taking a trip down memory lane every time I look through the pages. Some of the people in the pictures are no longer with us, so it's bittersweet but also heartwarming to reminisce about them. PastBook is like a treasure trove full of irreplaceable memories!

This is a printing service. They do a good job of printing but a poor job of editing. It is all up to the user. You are paying for a service that you are the one responsible for the product. It is hard to believe PASTBOOK does not review or make recommendations to improve your pastbook. Duplicate photos, poorly positions photos are some of the issues. PASTBOOK only stands by it's printing, the book layout is all you. Buyer beware.

Liked the idea of the book...however...tried three times to get rid of duplicate pictures...thought I had finally before placing order... ..however, book has approx. 20%...or more..duplicates. quality is ok...not great. Wouldn't order again.

They ripped me off. I paid $2 extra for "MY PASTBOOK" NOT to appear on the cover, it did, & they refused to correct the error.
2 pastbook albums
I have ordered and paid for 2 past books, but only one has arrived. Itās been several weeks since I received the first one. Iāve asked for a status of the second one, no replies. Iāve send another email, then another. I used also contact on their website, zero response, as well as their Facebook and Instagram page, no response what so ever. Iāve aksed then for a refund, but didnāt get any response either. Now I donāt have the product I have order, nor I have 70 Euros I paid. And customer service aweful, they ignored all my requests! I will never ever recommend it to anyone!Pastbook
The book is adequate but the company is untrustworthy They claimed I ordered two books, but show no proof I can imagine they sent some update, add-on, or delivery progress email which I clicked on and they recorded as a sale That is phishing Even more egregious is they promised to refund me so requested I cancel my dispute with Amex They never refunded and have been unresponsive to my emails Avoid like the plague

Fantastic, very high quality print, including comments for each photo. My book covered around 8 years photos and so saved me creating a print album because most of us never revisit computer images. Delivery well on time - would totally recommend based on my experience.
Pastbook photo book
spent almost $100 on photo book. when arrived, the photos were so dark you couldn't see the subjects. I know the actual photos are not this dark. I took them. This is a processing problem. when I complained I was asked to send photos of the photos in the book. I sent them. Nothing. when I complained again, I was asked to send photos of the photos again. THIS IS ABSURD. I either want the book done again with proper exposure or I want my money back. Bad product, obstructive help services. don't waste your money onthis.

memory book
This arrived today....and after a year of COVID 19 pain and anxiety this was the best gift ever!!!!
Filled with photos of our trips around the world, the 11 grandchildren and 2 super nephews.....
Being isolated for 10 months away from family and friends....this was the best day all year!!Placed an order on 22 Dec 20. Was told that shipment was out for delivery on 31 Dec 20. Till date, 10 Jan 21, delivery not made and now your helo desk has stopped responding to my mail.
Shame.
Wrong Cover was sent on our album,,,what can be done ?
