Repeat customer
I keep coming back to this company because their products are top-notch. The cases I've gotten in the past have been tough and lasted a long time. However, my latest order had a few cases with some raised parts on them, so I'm wondering if they'll be as sturdy as my old ones. Despite this hiccup, overall, Pela cases have been tough and dependable. I can drop my phone without worry, thanks to the protection the case provides. One thing I'd suggest for improvement is for them to think about opening a store in Europe or the UK. It would cut down on shipping distances and match up better with their eco-friendly image.

Design faded, excellent customer service, beautiful engraved case
I bought a case from this company and I really dig the design. But dang, after a little while, the design started to fade. So I hit up customer service, and they were super cool about it. They offered me a free plain case, but I decided to snag a discount on an engraved one instead. Just got the engraved case today after only a week, and it's so pretty!
