We started at the end of 2023 after a positive intro meeting and assumed Oak Ave was a fit. First weeks looked fine, but by April issues surfaced — bad communication, staff that seemed off, and moments that felt like they risked my son's safety. Delivery and customer service were inconsistent, though some daily routines did work. Not ideal, not a total loss.
Quick delivery, decent perks
I got the card in this neat little holder and the delivery surprised me — faster than I figured, it showed up when they said. Setup was straightforward with the app, linked to my bank without drama, and transactions on my commute have been quick. I use it every workday for TFL and to grab coffee; the discounts are useful. I did need to contact customer service once about a billing question; they were friendly and fixed it, though the wait was longer than ideal. Overall I'm pleased and will keep using it.
