It actually worked — the unbinding was done with almost no hassle. We had to free a company device from an ex-employee account because of messy record keeping, and the Plaud service team just walked us through it, fairly straightforward and quick. I'll probably order replacement devices for other staff soon. Bit relieved, to be honest.

I actually reach for this recorder more than I thought I would. I started using it during meetings and on commutes last month and my first thought was how tiny it is — I can forget it’s there. Sound quality matches what I had from tape and SD recorders, no drama. I like the wear options: wristband, a necklace (my wife says the cord gives me a mysterious vibe), clip and a super-strong magnet for sticking it somewhere. The one-button setup took a minute to get used to, and the AI transcriptions are handy — they miss some acronyms but you can fix the text afterward.
