Funny — a friend tipped me to their site after I mentioned a busted skimmer. They promise 10 business days, I waited 11 and started looking for a phone number. There isn't one, so I used the online chat; it felt clunky and slow, agents couldn't say when the O‑ring would ship. I was pretty skeptical and annoyed, honestly. After one more nudge they did move things and the part arrived a few days later. Still too slow for my schedule, but overall solved in the end.
Partial order, long wait, sketchy support
I almost didn't order. The pics looked fine but it said "available" so I was suspicious, really. Still decided to try. Two items arrived, in two different shipments. First one came quick, the second showed up after more than a week. The third sat on back order for a month and then was canceled with little explanation — yes, canceled, not delivered. Customer service only emails and they take days to reply. Oddly, the packaging was solid and the early item worked fine, so it wasn't a total loss. I've had better from smaller shops. I wouldn't rely on them for rush stuff.
