Even though I missed some important details about getting a discount on my CO2 pellet guns from Pyramyd Air, I still had a good experience overall. I just picked up a new airgun from this place, and let me tell ya, the staff was amazing! They actually pick up the phone and don't rush you off, seriously! They really know their stuff when it comes to airguns and didn't try to upsell me on unnecessary extras. On top of that, they offer great help with the gear you got from them. I really liked all the airgun options I saw on the website. But, I was kind of bummed to figure out that they come from different suppliers, so the shipping gets split up between Pyramyd Air and the supplier. It just made it a little more confusing and not as easy as I'd hoped. Oh, and that "can I help you" pop-up was pretty annoying and kept popping up while I was trying to shop. I'd rather not see it at all, to be honest.
Replacement part request
I just had to ask for a replacement part for something I bought that got messed up during shipping. The guy in customer service, Greg, really stepped up and went the extra mile to get the exact part I needed from the manufacturer. I gotta say, I was super impressed with how dedicated and hardworking he was in fixing the problem. It's not often you see that kind of service nowadays.
Ordered 12 tins of pellets
I just got 12 tins of pellets from this store, and man, they really know how to pack 'em up! The pellets were tightly wrapped in styrofoam, then cardboard was taped around them for extra protection. They even placed all of that in a big box with plenty of paper to prevent any rattling during shipping. I've never seen such great packaging from any other place I've ordered from!
