I grabbed the package and for a second thought the delivery driver had tossed it in. Not a great first impression. I actually bought this because my scalp has been acting up after a move and I wanted something sulfate-free and gentle — previous brands just made my hair crunchy or itchy. The bottles themselves are the thing that bothered me most. You need both hands and a weird amount of force to get product out, which sounds dumb but when you’re half-asleep in the shower it’s annoying. Also, all three "different" scents basically smelled the same — a strong licorice vibe that I wasn't expecting; I was hoping for Palo Santo notes. The shampoo doesn’t lather like I’m used to, and my hair felt a little limp afterwards, not the soft bounce I wanted. That said, my scalp calmed down after a few uses, so it’s not a disaster. Packaging looked careless, which felt off for a brand talking sustainability. So, not perfect. I’ll use what I have and maybe try something else next time. Little things matter though, like how a bottle opens.
Shelf find that surprised me
the shampoo lathers easily without stripping, and the conditioner makes my ends feel softer but not weighed down (which I hate). Application is straightforward, no weird residue, and my hair still looks bouncy the next day. Shipping was quicker than I expected to Europe — they shipped the next day and it arrived in about 3–4 days, well wrapped. Customer service? Kinda nonexistent at first, I had a tracking hiccup and heard nothing, so I was like okay, worry. (Funny enough they replied after I got the package — go figure.) They threw in big samples and a 10% first-order discount, which I appreciated. Happy enough that I already added a few more things to my cart to try.
