I remember the minute I breathed out — the package was on my porch sooner than I dared expect. I'd switched because of chronic back pain and too many late refills from my old pharmacy. They called to explain dosing and small tips, and that was when I felt relieved and moved my other scripts here. Not flawless — the bottle label was smudged and I waited on hold a few minutes — but it works.

I'm keeping on Tirzepatide. I started it three weeks ago and already dropped about 6.8 pounds—so I was pleasantly surprised. My first week had some constipation but upping water and a bit of Metamucil fixed it fast. Food noise/constant snacking urges quieted way more than I expected. I tried semaglutide two years ago and had to stop because of bad nausea, vomiting and gross sulfur burps; none of that showed up now. Ready Rx has been helpful and delivery was smooth.
Finally heard from someone
the MD put the wrong med on the bottle and nobody’s fixed it yet. I’ve left follow-up messages, emailed, everything, and it’s crickets until Andrea shows up. Pretty grateful for her, but still on the fence about sticking around if the basic stuff keeps slipping.
Not what I expected, but it worked—kinda
I was left hanging for days, emails unanswered, and only got contact after I pushed. Then my prescribed amount went up: now I’m on 100 units twice a week and 50 units once a week (250 units total). Fine, except the 5 mL vial they ship doesn’t cover that, so you end up buying extra vials and paying more on your subscription. Feels a bit like they started low to hook you.
To be fair, once the dose was adjusted the product did what I’d hoped — more energy, clearer afternoons — so I’m partly satisfied. Still, the process felt sloppy: unclear dosing info (I kept asking how many mg are in a 60-unit shot and kept getting vague answers), slow doctor responses at the start, and a price jump I didn’t expect. I’ll finish my current plan but I’m shopping around for a cleaner setup next time. When it finally felt right
everything included, neatly packed in a heavy insulated bag with fresh ice packs, and the starter gear I needed was right there. It was supposed to be overnight, but UPS dragged it out to four days; annoying, but the product itself felt handled properly so I didn't panic. Then a later refill had another delivery hiccup and I was about to lose patience, but customer service answered promptly, was straightforward and helpful, which sealed it for me. So yeah, not perfect, some delivery flakiness, but solid fulfillment and support—I'd tell others to try them and call support if tracking looks off.
Sketchy cancellation, decent delivery
four boxes to tick, one basically says you'll still be charged one more time. Who checks that? It feels like a trap. You also can't actually cancel over the phone; they'll just tell you to do it online and give you the run-around. On the upside, the package arrived on time and the product looked fine, which surprised me. So delivery itself wasn't the problem, it's the customer service and the confusing cancel flow. My advice: document everything, screenshot the cancellation steps, and don't assume a phone call will fix it. I honestly hope they clean this up, because it's avoidable.
