the original files and access arrived fast, no hiccups, honestly way quicker than I expected. Customer service was a different story though. I had a back-and-forth with a rep named Anastasia who got…odd. At first she was abrupt, then started making claims about contract breaks and transferring keys. I felt brushed off, lied to even, which is annoying. I saved every message, that helped me keep my cool and keep a record. In the end they didn’t give the extra keys or a refund right away, but the core product worked perfectly and I can keep using it while I sort things out with my bank if needed. So, mixed bag: delivery top notch, service shaky but not catastrophic. If you buy, my tip is simple — keep screenshots of every chat, be patient but firm, and don’t expect instant escalation. I’m a bit frustrated, sure, but I’m also relieved the main order was solid. Overall, worth it for the product and the fast delivery, just be prepared for customer support that can be blunt.

Some portraits come out fine for Instagram or a quick product shot, others have weird skin patches or halos that make them unusable for anything client-facing unless I go in and fix them again. I use this in my day-to-day freelance work (weddings, small product shoots, the odd headshot), so when something slips it costs me time, not money. The thing I want to underline is support: it's slow and often misses the point. I asked for purchase proof and ran into a site error, then got advice to try a VPN — not helpful, and frankly worrying for business compliance. That made a normal nuisance feel like a real obstacle. So yeah — useful, but not polished. If you need fast, rough edits it's decent. If you need consistent pro-level retouching and reliable customer care, you'll probably be annoyed. I keep using it for quick tasks, but with reservations.
