I gotta say, my time with Schoolhouse as a customer was just unbelievably frustrating. I bought something that was supposed to be in stock, but it took more than two months to show up. And get this - they hit me with a $20 charge for shipping from overseas, even though the actual shipping cost was only $2. It's just not right.
Black Matte Mug
I got this mug from here and it was pretty cool, but it felt kinda rough on my lips. Plus, it got streaky when I washed it, and I have soft water. Luckily, the store was cool about giving me my money back when I wanted to return it. It took forever to ship and they were slow to respond to my emails, but they did refund me quickly.
