Good mats, poor follow-up February 25, 2026

the long Chakra Pro (nice, a bit pricey) and the Ajna mat. Delivery itself was fine, came when they said it would, packaging was okay, no drama there. But then the Ajna started to fall apart after only a couple weeks of light, normal practice — little holes and bits coming off, which was annoying because I hadn’t been hard on it at all. I contacted customer service several times and it took ages to hear back (more than a week), and when they finally replied they basically stuck to a policy that they won’t replace mats unless they were damaged on arrival. I hadn’t even asked for a refund at first, just wanted to know if this was normal. Their “solution” was a so-called special discount that turned out to be whatever discount they toss out to everyone, not a real fix. It felt like being passed around policies instead of talked to like a person. So yeah, delivery is fine, product quality is mixed — Chakra’s decent, Ajna disappointing — and support was the real problem. I’d buy the long mat again maybe, but I’d warn anyone I tip off about these guys: if something goes wrong, expect a lot of back-and-forth and a canned response. Not terrible, but definitely not what they advertise about community and care.
