I had doubts before ordering. The site looked okay but shipping times worried me and reviews were mixed. I ordered two dresses because I needed one for a work event and one for everyday wear, and I thought having a spare made sense. Delivery dragged on. After almost two months only one box arrived and it was the wrong dress. The other dress never showed. I asked for a refund. They told me to keep the wrong item and didn't even address the missing package. The dress I did get felt cheap. The refund process was a mess. After I posted a complaint they issued a partial refund, then stopped. I filed a credit card dispute with proof. That claim got me the rest back after an investigation, which took a couple weeks. So in the end I got money back, but only after a lot of time and hassle. I won't use this seller again. It disrupted plans and was more trouble than it's worth.
The one where sequins went rogue
I first saw these dresses on a friend’s story — she kept tagging the brand and I thought, why not, looked cute and I told my sister to check it out too. Long story short, I ordered seven dresses (yeah, I went big — about $450) and it was a mixed bag that mostly made me sigh. The pre-sale dress showed up first (weird flex) but the seams were crooked, sides didn’t line up, and it felt like someone stitched it while half-asleep. No tags, no proper packaging, and the white fabric had these dingy yellow smudges. Not a great first impression. The rest of the order trickled in much, much later — like three months later — meaning I missed the events I bought them for. One sequin dress practically disassembled the moment I tried it on; I had a sad little pile of loose sequins on the floor from a $70 dress. Materials overall feel cheap — thin linings, plasticky sequins, and hems that needed fixing. On the other hand, one of the casual dresses was actually wearable after a quick steam and a safety-pin tweak, so it’s not total trash. Customer service… well, they blamed a Canada Post strike that wasn’t happening locally, and tracking would sit for days at the same spot until I complained, then magically move the same day. Tried to return and asked for a proper refund — they offered 10% back on a $430 purchase. That’s laughable. Shipping promises of 20 days turned into months. If you like to DIY alterations and have time to wait (or don’t need items for an event), you might make some of this work. But if you want reliable fit, decent packaging, and a company that owns its mistakes, maybe skip it.
