My 96-year-old mom absolutely adores her new Skylight frame! It's amazing to see her face light up as she wakes up to all the pictures of her kids and grandkids from everywhere. The frame fits perfectly in her apartment and brings her so much joy each and every day.

I had some trouble setting up a frame for my elderly relative, who got it as a Christmas gift. I called the help desk for help but they asked for info I didn't have, like the buyer's name and address and the order number. It was frustrating and I wished they were more understanding. I ended up looking for help on Google and got the frame working. It's working fine now, but I recommend looking for a company with better customer support.
