I loved it overall — it made the distance feel smaller. I bought a named star as a Valentine's gift for my girlfriend. The package is sweet and I check it almost every night, silly, I know. The app, though, refused to show our star at first and barely registered it, which was annoying. Still, it's a nice little ritual and worth the money, hiccup and all.

I never got a refund for that expedited fee, either; I raised it and didn’t get a satisfactory resolution. So, you’re paying for speed and not getting it, and that’s frustrating.
