the idea is cool, the certificate looks nice, but dealing with shipping and the frame was a pain. I ordered this because I needed a display for my mom’s retirement award—wanted something quick for the party—and I paid extra to make sure it arrived on time. Looking back, that’s the part that annoyed me the most. They charged for 1–3 day shipping, I expected it within that window, and it showed up later. Their explanation about business days and German time zones feels like something they should’ve made clearer before checkout. I get time differences, but I didn’t think I had to guess their clock.
When the package arrived, the frame was cracked. To their credit, customer support replied quickly and said they’d ship a replacement free. That was appreciated — really, I was glad they offered to fix it. But the replacement took almost four weeks to get here, which is baffling when you’ve already paid for expedited service on the original order. I never got a refund for that expedited fee, either; I raised it and didn’t get a satisfactory resolution. So, you’re paying for speed and not getting it, and that’s frustrating.
The certificate itself and the presentation look solid — that’s why I didn’t rate everything low. The frame, though, feels cheap; honestly, it’s the kind of flimsy thing you might swap out for a $5 frame from Walmart and be happier. If I had to do it over, I’d still maybe buy the certificate, but I’d plan for shipping delays and buy a better frame locally.
