mattress and base
Overall, I’m a satisfied customer. This purchase got off to a rocky start because the order came late and did not include the 2” leg extensions I needed to work with my existing bed frame. The rep never told me that they had to be shipped separately. I was searching through the shipment when it arrived thinking they were included with the mattress and base set. I was really disappointed to learn the leg extensions weren’t shipped the same time as the main shipment and would just now be going out. I was then told that the 2” leg extensions were on back order and they would send 4” extensions instead. (The 4” extensions would not work with my specific installation for multiple reasons.) At this point, I was beginning to think I made a mistake going with Sven and Son. I really did not want assemble the base only to reassemble it once the extensions arrived. However, that’s what I ended up doing. It was either do that or put up with mattresses in the dining room and bases in the garage for a week. When the correct extensions finally arrived, I ended up using an auto jack to elevate the base enough to get them on. That was the easier option than pulling each base out and turning it upside down to install the extensions on the legs.
Now that this entire mess is over, I’m quite happy. The two split king bases and mattress set fit perfectly in my existing king size bed frame. The support bases appear to be very well made and operate perfectly. I was pleasantly surprised at how quiet they operate. The mattresses are quite comfortable and supportive. They seem to be just as good as any of the overpriced Temper-Pedic mattresses I laid on in the showroom. I didn’t think I would be saying this after the way things started out but, all in all - this was a good buy. A quality product at a very reasonable price.single 01/21
I have several disabililities and wanted an electric bed that I could put in our living room. It was easy to assemble, it is user friendly, very dependable and extremely comfortable. Thank you, a very happy customer...
Adjustable bed frame amp mattress
Seems as if this company may be scam. Ordered directly through their website. They charged my card right away, but I never got the bed. When calling their "customer service", Robert basically told me it was my problem and I needed to deal with a freight company. They freight company didn't seem to have the paperwork or product. Sven & Sons claims they have no obligation at this point. Again, I believe it is just a scam.
