best quality in jackets
I like wearing jackets and its really cool to have such variations in option. Not like i am going to buy everything at once but still i get the option to buy when i need the most
Apart from that, there are lots of people who suggested me this website and i tried when i was looking for a brown leather jacket. Apart from that, the quality is such a great and they have really awesome colours which are defiantly mindblowing !!!Ionic jacket

Custom-designed leather jacket
For those who are considering ordering a custom-designed jacket from the Jacket Maker, proceed with caution.
My order (order 52375) has taken 8 months and still hasn’t been completed.
The production process has been extremely frustrating. Despite the fact that I provided every construction detail, every material and every measurement relevant to my design, there have been numerous errors. All of this could have been avoided if the production team just read the detailed notes that I gave them at the beginning of the process.
The communication has been very slow - I’ve had to follow up my emails repeatedly to get a response (to put that into context - we're up to the 76th email in the email thread).
I have posted this feedback twice The Jacket Maker Facebook page; the administrators deleted it both times without a reason or response. It is very discouraging to see that the Jacket Maker is preventing people from reading critical yet honest reviews.
The Jacket Maker, please prioritise finishing this order.Custom Made Tan Leather Jacket
The quality of the leather and the workmanship are outstanding. However, the problems are they work by email only, requiring 2 to 5 days to get a response, so you cannot speak directly via telephone to iron out details that arise when custom-making a jacket AND the communication with consultant Shawn is a complete log jam! I ordered a jacket with specifications, like using an unquilted lining so that the jacket would not be too warm for me. Shawn wrote me back, confirming my specifications, which included that they use A NON-QUILTED VISCOSE LINING. I received the jacket after weeks, due to delays by Shawn and his inability to answer questions I asked, and it had the QUILTED LINING I DID NOT WANT. I wrote Shawn about it, telling him they need to remake the jacket. His reply was to proceed with a second jacket I ordered, then immediately had it put on hold, AFTER I saw they put the wrong lining in the jacket they sent me. WHY WOULD I WANT TWO JACKETS WITH THE SAME PROBLEM!? I do not. Communication is a major problem, and I am waiting now to find out is they are going to resolve the problem they created. I will update this, but beware ordering from a company who communicates via email only! This business model is a magnate for a world of problems when having jackets custom made!
