I was already halfway to panic when the order confirmation landed, but the actual gift code never showed up in the email. I’d hesitated to buy a digital voucher — time-sensitive occasion, and digital deliveries have failed me before with other sellers — so I went in with low expectations. Payment had gone through, which made it worse; confirmation but no code, so naturally I got worried and messaged support. At first the responses were slow and a bit vague, which kept my frustration high. Then somebody on the team followed up, checked the payment and the delivery flow, and eventually resent the code. There were a couple of back-and-forth messages, some waiting, and a little repetition, but they stayed on it until it worked. It’s not flawless service, yet they fixed the problem and communicated, and that matters. I’m glad it turned out okay — thankful, actually — and would try them again, cautiously.
Missing pieces, then relief
I was opening the parcel at my desk between meetings and felt a mix of irritation and hope. Everything looked fine except the bracelets — only the charms were there. I contacted support, got a reply that explained things, but at first the tracking info was nowhere to be found and the link didn’t show any details. That was annoying. Then they sent an updated tracking number and, after a short wait, the full order arrived. The exact moment I felt satisfied was when I unwrapped the replacement and finally held the bracelets with the charms. Not ecstatic, just relieved. The company fixed it without too much back-and-forth. Small hiccup with the first tracking step, but the end result matched what I paid for. It’s practical, I wear it daily now, and I appreciate that they followed through.
