Shiny ads, stony silence
I almost didn't buy because the ads looked too good. I went for it anyway. Then radio silence—emails, DMs, messages, nothing, ugh. Kinda disappointing. I’ve had better luck with smaller shops, so I won't risk it again this time.
Desk-friendly controller, battery gripe
buttons and dials fall under your fingers so you do less reaching, and my wrist actually hurts less now (not dramatic, but noticeable). It's been solid for months. My only real annoyance is the AA batteries — feels outdated; a rechargeable lithium would be better. I also wish for more non-Adobe plugin support.
Finished Faster, Less Pain
I finished a poster two hours faster than usual and my neck wasn't screaming afterward. I needed something like this because my lower back has been acting up and I wanted to stop leaning over the keyboard all the time — previous controllers I tried were bulky or just added more fuss. The dial that changes brush size became second nature in a single afternoon; honestly, that's the feature I use most. Downsides: the Lite is wired and the cable is annoyingly short when my standing desk is up, and there simply aren't enough buttons to completely retire the keyboard. So yeah, not perfect — button count and cord length are real caveats — but it fits my workflow, cuts hand movements, and feels sturdy enough. I'd recommend it, or consider the full version if you want more shortcuts.
That switch-click moment
I honestly thought this was a bit extra at first, kind of skeptical. I needed something because my desk is tiny and my keyboard usually lives behind my tablet, so it's basically useless while I'm drawing. The first real moment I knew I was actually happy was when I finished a small piece and reached for the keyboard out of habit—and stopped. It felt odd, like I’d trained myself to use it. The dials and buttons give quick access to the shortcuts I always lose track of, so the pace picked up a notch—noticeable, not dramatic, but enough to matter. Setup took a bit of fiddling, and I did go back and change configs a few times, but that’s fine. It’s dry, useful, and kind of becomes invisible once you’re used to it. Skeptical to satisfied, that’s the arc here—works well for tight spaces and tablet workflows.
A delivery that was smooth, support that wasn’t — but it’s usable
I opened a support ticket and didn’t hear back, and when I returned the unopened gift unit (I was told to send it to a warehouse in France even though it shipped from the UK), the return showed delivered but then sat in limbo. After chasing them a couple times, the refund finally appeared via PayPal once I referenced the 14-day rule — relief, yes, but that back-and-forth took way too long. So, mixed feelings: the device can be a useful part of my daily editing routine, and delivery was good, but customer support and return handling need to be way better. I’m kind of hopeful they’ll sort it out — I like the concept and it helps when it works right.
