fed ex handoff to usps at edison nj smartpost resulted in 3 day delay --why cant my delivery be handled by fed ex directly--my experiance with fed ex is not always good--since im paying for shipping i prefer ups as they get it correct 100% of the time and have a hub 10 miles from my house-my expeariance with fed ex is so bad i have the phone number for there dayton nj hub manger-due to the fact the girl making up package route was screwing up packages -even though package had correct zip and squire village on address that tells driver that this is my neborhood

Both cars arrived in a reasonable time, well packed and shipping damage free. Gondola arrived as advertised with out a coal load. How ever it does have a broken coupler (rubber band around it to keep it closed). This defect is not a deal breaker as the car over all is very nice.
I just wish this had been disclosed in the description or if it was it was more pronounced as I missed it. Again, over all very satisfied and will continue to shop at Trainz.comLionel 497
