Bought three boxes a few months back to try it out. Used one and honestly it didn’t do much for me — texture was okay, actually kind of nice, but no real effect. I want to return the other two; emailed repeatedly and got silence. That customer service part is just bad.
Long refund dance
I ordered in late March and thought I'd have it in a couple weeks. At first the buying part was fine, site looked professional, but shipping never showed. After weeks they promised a refund and then sat on it for over two more weeks. Kind of disappointing.
Kinda useful, subscription is a mess
I needed this for a sore lower back and almost didn't buy because of the whole subscription mess. The product itself is fine, actually pleasantly better than I expected. But signing in via the site felt broken — it routed through Shopify and locked my account so I couldn't change the subscription. Phone number listed doesn't work, email support helped and was patient. Tried incognito and other browsers, still couldn't edit the plan.
Half-baked delivery
I first saw the shop on a friend's Instagram post and bought a bundled birthday gift. Ordered three weeks before the party, but it didn't arrive for the date and still wasn't complete weeks later. Customer service eventually said some items were out of stock and asked me to wait; then they shipped part of the order. It's been messy, slow and confusing. I tipped a colleague — won't recommend based on delivery and support.
