Overall, still worth it — the samples actually fit my morning routine perfectly, but that surprise $20 expedited shipping stung a bit.
Tiny bottle, big smile
First sip of coffee, then I open the little sample — small thrill. I spritz it before walking the dog. Feels fresh, not overpowering. Packaging was snug and arrived fast. Reasonable price.
Almost walked away
I actually panicked when the 3.99 sample charge flipped into a much bigger fee on my card — felt like the dodgy sellers I’ve run into. I emailed and Alice replied it was packed and nonrefundable. When the tiny bottle arrived and smelled right, I was relieved and a little pleased.
Finally worth the hassle
pleasantly functional, so I was kinda relieved and thankful (despite delay).
Smelled weird but support came through
Saw the sampler at my sister's and bought it out of curiosity; smelled odd at first — one sample was gasoline-y — but delivery was quick and customer service sorted it, so I'm okay.
Samples weren't as pictured
Already skeptical when I ordered — photos looked like little spray vials, not sachets. When the box arrived I found leaking 2ml sprays and messy 1ml squeeze packets. Customer support basically shrugged and pointed to their FAQ, so my doubts stuck. On the plus side, the fragrance was actually nicer than I feared. Wish they'd be clearer.

Fragile packaging, great scents
the fragrances are great but the shipping ruined my samples. I ordered because I’m trying to switch perfumes after reacting badly to my old one, so I needed small vials to test — very practical. They shipped glass vials in bubble mailers and a few showed up smashed; the shards smelled amazing but returning them is impossible since they want items "unopened and sellable." Product selection and prices are decent and support wasn’t rude, but packing fragile glass like that is careless. If you just want variety, fine; if you need intact samples, be warned — honestly still annoying.
Kitchen-table disappointment
I opened the package at my kitchen table between making coffee and checking email, expecting a small spray sample. Instead I got a messy squeeze bottle with a half-broken nozzle, taped on haphazardly. I use samples to test scents in different rooms before committing to full bottles, so having something that leaks or won't spray is annoying — it messes up the test and wastes product. The scent itself wasn't bad, so that's the one decent thing, but paying a few dollars for random leftover vials feels like false advertising. When I reached out, customer support pointed me to a buried FAQ and said no refund. Won't risk buying full sizes from them. If you rely on neat, usable samples, this company is frustrating.

I've been getting perfume samples and buying perfumes from here for a couple of years now, and I gotta say, I've never been disappointed. I did have one little hiccup when the samples I ordered didn't show up, but they were cool enough to send them out to me again. The variety of scents they have is just incredible, and the folks working there are so friendly and helpful. It always makes me feel all sophisticated and adult when I treat myself to something from this place!
Upscale fragrance purchase
I just bought this fancy fragrance from Twisted Lily and let me tell you, I was totally let down. The samples I got didn't match the pictures at all, and they didn't even keep their promise about shipping. I paid a lot for shipping and it just wasn't worth it with the fake products. All in all, my time with Twisted Lily was a bummer and I wouldn't suggest buying from them.
Sample pack
I can't believe how bold this company is! Like others said, I ordered a sample pack and got messy squeeze bottles and broken spritzers instead of the spray vials they promised. What a rip-off! Not only did they overcharge me for these low-quality samples, but they won't give me a refund when I raised the issue. It's totally unacceptable and unethical. I wouldn't trust them for any future purchases and I suggest checking out other places for fragrance supplies. This kind of behavior shouldn't be tolerated!
Niche fragrances
This shop has an awesome selection of niche fragrances! They go fast, so don't hesitate to order. Delivery is really quick and they even throw in test strips so you can sample before buying. And there are often coupon codes for extra savings. It's my top choice for fragrance samples, no question. If you're after vials, Scentbird is also an option, but Twisted Lily has a way bigger range of scents to pick from.
Bummer samples, not what I expected!
I ordered some perfumes and things but they weren't like the picture at all. I only got some small spray samples and squeeze packs that were a total disaster. I tried to reach out for help but they basically said "tough luck, should've read the fine print." It's so frustrating, definitely not shopping here again.
Sample purchase with expedited shipping
I recently bought some samples from this store and was pretty bummed when I saw that the only shipping option available was expedited shipping for $20 at the end of the checkout. They didn't mention this until the very last minute, which I thought was kinda sneaky. I think customers should be able to pick their shipping method before going through with the purchase. This whole thing left a bad taste in my mouth and now I'm not sure if I'll shop at this store again.
