Right when I thought my order vanished into the Bermuda of couriers, Jake stepped in. They replaced the lost bottle without drama and the replacement arrived absurdly fast. I’m into their CBG/CBD oil — simple stuff that actually helps. I've had worse run-ins with other suppliers, so this felt refreshingly human. Grateful it's worked out, and the price was fair enough.
Tea, a stairlift and relief
I was halfway through making tea when they wheeled in — and that’s when I knew we were set. Assessment Tuesday, installed by Thursday, and my 90-year-old mom actually grinned while riding it. Friendly crew, shaky ramp
I almost slipped while watching them install it — not kidding. The crew was friendly and did the measuring, came back the next day and put the new metal ramp in place. They were professional, patient, and fixed the steep section for Pat by tacking on another piece. Still, the slope feels sharp and today’s morning frost made it really slick; that worries me. Overall glad they handled it quickly, but if you order one, ask for anti-slip treatment or a shallower angle.

They sent techs to check the electronics and when that didn’t pin it down they brought a whole replacement carriage. The tech who did the swap was calm, took the old unit off the rail and explained each step as he worked. I’m relieved they handled it without fuss. Buying refurbished meant I expected maybe some hiccups, and that was true, but the follow-up and repair were professional. Overall the delivery and customer service made the difference. I’m glad I listened to the neighbor and chose this company — courteous people, steady delivery, and they fixed the problem.
